The proliferation of credit counseling agencies in America has prompted the creation, on CD Rom, of the first-ever field guide on the credit counseling industry in the United States, by Springboard Nonprofit Consumer Credit Management.

"The Field Guide to Credit Counseling" is a must-have reference guide for all federal and state regulators, creditors and other counseling agencies.
